A school is a place to start our dreams. 

Every school has its rules. There are some rules in Singapore's schools too. 

Sing the national anthem (国歌). Students and teachers must sing the national anthem on the morning of every school day.

Wear school uniforms. Students should wear school uniforms at school. 

Be on time. Students should get to school on time every school day. In the morning, students should get to school by 7:15 a.m.  But on Wednesdays, they do sports, so they can get to school by 1:15 p.m.

Leave school with parents. If someone needs to leave school, the parents must come to school to pick up their children.

Visit the school with permission (允许). Visitors to the school should report to the General Office first. They can't get into the school without permission.

 Some of the rules are the same. But some are different. What about the rules in your school?

What do you usually do after class? When class is over, most students in my class go out of the classroom. We have 20 minutes' rest between classes. Look! Most of us are playing during the rest time. Some students are on the playground. They are having a basketball match. Oh! A boy is running with a ball and another is trying to stop him. They are so cool. And there are some girls watching the match. Some students are still in the classroom. They are talking. A few of them are reading and doing homework. Look! A girl is looking at the birds in a tree in front of the classroom. She must be thinking of something interesting because she is smiling (微笑)

What are the teachers doing? Do you know? Some of them are working in the office, and some are talking with students. Everyone is busy with his or her work. We are all busy and happy!

Our school is 3 my home, so I go to school 4 school buses. The school is 5 . 

It was built (建造) in 2010. It is very big, too. The classroom building has three 6 . My classroom is on the ground floor. 

Our library is big. There are two 7  in it. We can read magazines (杂志) there. My favourite place is the playground. We go there for 8 every afternoon. And we have nice9 , too. They are nice to us and their lessons are interesting. 

I am 10 at this school!
